Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Time
Shipping
All orders received before 12:00 p.m. will ship the same day via Federal Express Ground. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. may not ship until the following day but Gourmet Spice Co. will make every effort to ship the same day. Orders shipped on Friday will be delivered the following week. Additional shipping charges will be assessed for any orders requiring overnight or Saturday delivery. Any orders shipped to a home based business will be accessed a $2.50 home delivery charge.
**Shipping is free for all orders over 7 pounds. Any order under 7 pounds will be accessed a shipping charge of $4.95. THIS SERVICE CHARGE WILL NOT BE ACCESSED IF GOURMET SPICE CO. IS UNABLE TO FULFILL THE ENTIRE ORDER AND MUST SHIP AS A BACK ORDER.
Terms
Terms are 2% 10, Net 15. Invoices over 30 days will be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. In the event a collection agency and/or legal representation are required to collect a debt, customer will be responsible for any/all fees incurred. Returned checks will be charged a service fee of $4.50.
Returns
Gourmet Spice Co. must be notified of a return within ten (10) days. A return Federal Express label will be faxed to customer. Customer is responsible for ensuring package is given and/or taken to Federal Express. Once product is received by Gourmet Spice Co. a credit will be issued. Product will not be accepted and no credit given for product older than thirty (30) days from date printed on label.
